What's Included

A six-seater golf cart is one of the easiest ways to get around the community. You will need to review the golf cart rules provided in the unit for details on community guidelines and operations.

We have two adult bicycles included for your use. You may also rent additional bicycles at the Baytowne Wharf, located at the marina. Bike locks are available to use while you are out and about.

Our pets are part of the family but please be respectful to other residents by picking up and disposing of all pet waste and keeping any "pet talking" down to a minimum.  

There is a tram system that runs throughout the community from the bayside to the beach, which requires one tram card per group traveling together. Tram cards are included. Tram stops are located throughout the community and depart each stop approximately every 30 minutes. Check the website for the blue Bayside routes. 

Feel free to use the beach supplies and cart located in the unit: 

Chairs -- Umbrellas -- Noodles -- Life Jackets Coolers -- Water Guns -- Frisbee -- Boogie Boards

Beach Towels are not provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to fix a great meal:

cookware -- dishes -- glasses -- utensils

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.  Just go by the local grocery store and stock the fridge!
